Nurturing growth with kindness and community is essential, especially for Aged Out Foster Youth, as we strive to create housing stability for youth through various youth empowerment programs.
We are dedicated to providing safe housing and housing stability for youth, particularly for those who have aged out of foster care, so they can thrive through our youth empowerment programs.
At AnchorPointe Youth Housing, our mission is to empower young adults aging out of foster care by transforming empty living spaces into places they can truly call home. Rooted in faith and guided by compassion, we believe every young person deserves housing stability as they step into independence, along with dignity and hope.
We provide essential furnishings, supportive services, and encouragement to aged out foster youth transitioning from foster care—ensuring they are not left to navigate adulthood alone. Our work is grounded in the belief that housing is more than shelter; it is a foundation for healing, growth, and purpose.
By creating safe and welcoming living environments, we help reduce homelessness, incarceration, and multi-generational foster care involvement—challenges that disproportionately impact youth aging out of care. We strive to make a meaningful difference through our youth empowerment programs, one home at a time.
AnchorPointe Youth Housing is a Georgia-based charitable program operating under a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor. All donations are made to our fiscal sponsor and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Contributions are restricted to support the AnchorPointe Youth Housing program.

AnchorPointe Youth Housing is dedicated to supporting aged out foster youth as they transition into adulthood, providing them with the housing stability they need, along with guidance and a safe environment to grow. We empower young people who have aged out of the system to anchor their lives, build confidence, and embrace adulthood with dignity and purpose through our youth empowerment programs.
Aged out foster youth aged 18–24 are transitioning out of foster care and facing challenges such as housing instability or homelessness. Many young adults without family support or a safety net struggle to achieve housing stability for youth. These individuals are often seeking life skills, job readiness, and independence, while also benefiting from youth empowerment programs that provide mentorship, structure, and hope.
We provide safe, supportive housing aimed at fostering housing stability for youth, especially for those who are aged out of foster youth systems. Our life-skills coaching focuses on essential areas such as finances, daily living, and responsibility to empower young individuals. Additionally, we offer education and employment support, along with emotional, spiritual, and community support. Our goal is to ensure long-term stability for youth—not just temporary fixes, but a solid foundation for their future.

Aging out is a cliff, not a bridge. For many aged out foster youth, the transition between 18 to 24 often results in the sudden loss of housing, guidance, and financial support. The odds are stacked against them. Without intervention, these young adults face higher risks of homelessness, unemployment, incarceration, and exploitation. Potential is not the problem—support is. These resilient, capable, and motivated young adults need housing stability for youth to truly thrive. Safe housing creates a foundation for healing, learning life skills, pursuing education, and building careers. Someone must stand in the gap. When family systems fail, community must step in with consistency, dignity, and hope through youth empowerment programs.
When young people, particularly those who are Aged Out Foster Youth, are anchored in safety, surrounded by support, and guided with purpose, they don’t just survive adulthood—they build it with confidence and vision. We help because transitioning out of foster care shouldn’t mean transitioning into hardship. It should be the start of a stable, empowered future through youth empowerment programs that promote housing stability for youth.
